Who we are
This text is current as of 2026. It applies to this website. The Tempo product is governed by the service agreement your organisation signs.
This website is operated by Cyberinfra Limited, at 50 Athol Street, Douglas, Isle of Man, IM1 1JB. Both are filled in by the build that serves this page rather than written into this text, so there is no version of this page that can ship an empty bracket where a company name belongs.
You can reach us at the contact address in the footer of this site. Anything below that says “we” means that company.
What this website collects
As little as we can manage, and all of it is listed here.
- Server logs. The hosting provider records standard request logs: the address a request came from, the user agent, the page requested and the time. They are kept for a short rolling window, they are not joined to anything else, and they are not used for profiling.
- Enquiries. If you email us, we receive your address, any name you give us and your message. We use enquiry data only to answer you.
- Support chat. If you use support chat, the service receives your current question and the prior chat turns your browser includes for context. Google Vertex AI is the recipient and processor for that support-chat data: the current question and prior turns are sent to it to generate the reply. Tempo’s support-chat service does not persist the current question, prior chat turns or reply, so there is no support-chat conversation at rest in Tempo storage. That Tempo storage statement makes no claim about Google’s retention or training practices.
- Nothing else on the anonymous marketing pages. They run with no analytics script, no advertising pixel and no tracking cookie, and they store no cookie-notice preference. Sign-in and MCP authorization use only the necessary cookies listed in the cookie policy.
The limit worth stating: a request log is still a record of a visit, and the hosting provider holds it whether or not we ever read it.
What the Tempo product collects
The product is a separate thing from this website. It is only ever deployed for an organisation under a signed agreement that includes a data-processing addendum, and what follows is a summary of that agreement rather than a substitute for it.
The desktop collector reads the session records that its two supported coding agents, Claude Code and Codex, already leave on the machine, and it uploads metadata about them: which agent ran, when it started and stopped, how long a person was present at the keyboard, what the tokens cost, and which repository and branch the work touched. Tempo’s desktop collector sends structured metadata to Tempo, not transcript message bodies. Separately, the local coach returns requested transcript excerpts to your AI client, which may send them to its configured provider.
- No screen capture. The code to capture a screen was never written, so there is nothing to switch on.
- No keystrokes. Tempo reads files an agent has already written to disk. It does not sit between you and the keyboard.
- No general desktop activity. The desktop collector uploads metadata from the session records of the agents your organisation designated, in the repositories your organisation designated. The local coach can read local transcripts separately when your AI client requests them.
- No hidden mode. There is one behaviour and it is the same for everyone in the organisation. A mode that does not exist cannot be turned on for one person.
The limit, stated plainly: metadata is not nothing. Repository names, file paths, timings and costs describe your work in some detail, and they are precisely what the dashboard is built from. The collector’s upload boundary does not control how your AI client handles requested coach excerpts, and is not a claim about privacy in general.
A person can read every record held about them and ask for it to be deleted. Full details are given to customers before deployment.
Legal bases and your rights
For website data we rely on legitimate interest, which here means running a secure website and answering the enquiries you send us.
- If you are in the United Kingdom, you have rights under UK data protection law, including access, correction, erasure and objection. Write to us and we will respond within the statutory period. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
- If you are a California resident, you have rights under the CCPA, including the right to know, to delete and to opt out of sale. We do not sell personal information.
- Everyone else: write to us anyway. We apply the same standards regardless of where you live.
Retention
Server logs are kept for a short rolling window. Email enquiries are kept for as long as the conversation is live, plus a reasonable period afterwards, and are deleted on request. Tempo’s support-chat service does not persist the current question, prior chat turns or reply, so there is no support-chat conversation at rest in Tempo storage. That Tempo storage statement makes no claim about Google’s retention or training practices. Support-chat data is not added to Tempo’s product store. Product data is retained under the terms of your organisation’s agreement, which is the document that governs it.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new text appears here with the date of the change beside it. This text is current as of 2026. Material changes to how the product handles data go to customers directly rather than waiting here to be noticed.
