Agreement
This text is current as of 2026. These terms cover this website. Use of the Tempo product is governed by a separate service agreement.
By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
The site is operated by Cyberinfra Limited. The name is filled in by the build that serves this page and is not written into this text, so this page cannot be published with the name missing.
Use of the site
You may browse the site and share links to it. You may not attempt to disrupt it, probe it for vulnerabilities without written permission, scrape it at abusive volume, or misrepresent your affiliation with us.
Content and intellectual property
Everything on this site, which is to say the text, the design, the graphics and the Tempo name and mark, belongs to us or to our licensors. You may quote reasonable excerpts with attribution. You may not reproduce substantial parts of the site, or use our marks, without written permission.
Product claims
The site describes the Tempo product, including features shown with illustrative data and features on our roadmap. Screenshots and figures are examples rather than promises of specific results. The authoritative description of what the product does for your organisation is the one in your service agreement.
Where the site shows a number that was measured rather than illustrated, it prints the method that produced it beside it. Where it shows an illustration, it says so on the card. A figure on this site with neither is a defect, and we would like to hear about it.
No warranty
The site is provided as is. We work to keep it accurate and available, and we make no warranty that it is free of error or uninterrupted.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Third-party links
Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for their content or for their privacy practices.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of Isle of Man, and disputes belong to the courts of that jurisdiction. It is filled in by the build that serves this page. A page that cannot state it does not invent one.
Changes
We may update these terms. The current text, with the date of its last change, always lives at this address, and it is current as of 2026.
